FAQs
I'm SERIOUSLY not crafty. Can I really do this?
Yes you really can. We designed The Woobles especially for total beginners. Your kit includes a pre-started piece that lets you dive right into repeatable stitches. As you crochet along with our up-close step-by-step video tutorials, you’ll build your muscle memory (and your confidence).
How do the step-by-step tutorials work?
Each kit includes access to step-by-step tutorials that walk you through the entire project. You can pause, rewind, and learn at your own pace. Once you access the tutorials, you’ll also be able to download a PDF version of the pattern for easy reference.
What age are The Woobles crochet kits recommended for?
For ages 12 and up. Younger crocheters may also be able to complete them depending on their crafting experience. If you love cute plushies, The Woobles will love you right back.
How long does it take to complete a kit?
Everyone crochets at a different pace, but complete beginners typically finish a beginner kit in about 3–8 hours.
What if I mess up?
You might, and that’s totally fine! Your kit comes with videos that teach you how to fix common mistakes. If you need more help, you can email us at help@thewoobles.com or text 838-WOO-BLES with a photo, and we'll help you get untangled.
Can lefties do The Woobles kits?
Sure can! Every Woobles kit comes with both right- and left-handed step-by-step video tutorials.
How long will I have access to the tutorials?
You’ll have lifetime access to your kit’s step-by-step video tutorials and downloadable pattern, so you can learn at your own pace and revisit them anytime. Your kit includes a card with everything you need to access them.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the US, Canada, and the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US, over $75 USD to Canada, and over £50 to the UK. Shipping costs for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties
Can I return my kit?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your kit to request a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. To get started, email returns@thewoobles.com with your order number and reason for the return.
